Biskut Sarang Semut

In the name of Allah.

Since being at home, dah banyak cookies and cakes yang Yana dah buat. The passion in baking growth up more in this few months. But since sekarang baru decided to have own blog on this, maka baru boleh share resepi. 

And the first recipe I would like to share adalah biskut raya dengan compliment paling banyak dari orang yang ngap biskut nieh. wakaka! in a blink of eye tinggal habuk je dalam balang. hyperbole kan! haha. And the cookies is, Biskut Sarang Semut.

But seriously, ini resepi biskut sarang semut terbaik in my baking project so far! The other recipe of this cookies out there seriously cannot beat this one. I mean it! If I am not mistaken, I got this recipe from my friend's blog, Husna longggg before. Not sure though if she is still blogging. Thank you for the recipe! Here we go:

Biskut Sarang Semut

Sumber: Blog Husna (my boarding school friend)

Bahan-bahan:

250 gm mentega (I used planta! Yummiess)

100 gm gula halus

1 biji kuning telur

1 sudu teh esen vanilla

2 sudu teh pewarna kuning

350 gm tepung gandum (diayak)

100 gm tepung jagung (diayak)

chocolate rice

Cara-cara:

1. Pukul mentega dan gula hingga kembang

2. Masukkan kuning telur, esen vanilla dan pewarna kuning, pukul kembang then stop mixer.

3. Masukkan tepung gandum dan tepung jagung. Gaul rata hingga sebati.

4. Simpan adunan dalam peti sejuk selama 10-15 minit

5. Parutkan adunan doh kemudian letak dalam paper cup.

6. Tabur chocolate rice.

7. Bakar 180'C, 15 minit.

Sedia untuk di ngap3 sampai balang tinggal habuk. Wakaka. Antara biskut raya terawal Yana belajar baking. Should try resepi nieh. Soooo yummy! Seriously I got a lot of nice compliment on this.
